This heritage property  has made full use of the traditional verandah featuring the classic non rust aluminium Bristol lace design with the unique design free flowing lace corners and frieze.  The classic Sandsville alumininium verandah  balustrade compliment the Bristol Lacework as does the traditional Victorian front stairs , classic balusters and decorative post capitols on top of the balustrade posts..The large aluminium breadloaf design handrail adds to the no maintenance theme so popular in renovating today. The balustrade and lacework was expertly installed by Avondale Steel Fabrications of Melbourne Victoria.
