Installation tips for aluminium balustrade panels
Continuous balustrade designs require the pattern to run together. The balustrade panels are not welded together, however they do butt together making a free flowing design. A range of sizes can create a few complications when installing. It is important to set the panel out prior to cutting any panels. I would suggest to start on one end and work towards the other end, maybe lying them on the ground first .Keep in mind the panel has a strange piece protruding to the left that joins into the design. This may have to be trimmed off when running up to a post to prevent large gaps in the design. When you work to the end of the span you will have to trim the panel to complete the installation. If the design isn’t working too well consider moving the entire design down and trim some off the panel on the other end. It is not uncommon to trim the panels on each end to make the installation a success
